Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account at xv70. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund.

Failure to comply with verification requests may result in account suspension or closure.

- Keeping your account details up to date and accurate
Xv70 is not liable for any losses resulting from third-party access to your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the xv70 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software or methods to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation from xv70
- Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities, manipulate game outcomes, or engage in any form of cheating
- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity
- Abusing bonuses or promotions in ways that violate the stipulated terms and conditions
- Compromising the security or integrity of the platform through any technical or non-technical means
Xv70 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules. Where a violation is confirmed, xv70 may take action including account suspension, voiding of winnings, or reporting the activity to the relevant authorities.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the xv70 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). xv70 supports local payment methods including DuitNow and GrabPay. By using these payment services, you agree to the respective terms of service of each payment provider.
Deposit
Deposits are credited to your account once payment has been successfully processed. Processing times vary depending on the payment method used. xv70 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors. All deposits are final and non-refundable once a transaction has been confirmed.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the user's name. xv70 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal. If there are outstanding wagering requirements tied to a bonus received, withdrawals cannot be processed until those requirements are fully met.
Suspicious Transactions
Xv70 reserves the right to hold, investigate, or void any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, the relevant funds may be frozen while the investigation is ongoing.

Xv70 is not liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive — arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, data loss, or damage to your device. xv70's total liability to you under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the thirty (30) days prior to the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Xv70 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform. Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the xv70 support team. Any valid balance in a voluntarily closed account will be refunded upon completion of the verification process, subject to applicable terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on the xv70 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of xv70 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from xv70.
Third-Party Links
